1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is matnem corp, run by Mateusz Nowotnik. The full company name and postal address are in the company details. For anything about your data, email mateusz@mateuszn.com.

2. If you visit this website

• Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
• No analytics, and no cookies of my own. The booking calendar is Cal.com's, and Cal.com can set its own cookies and storage.
• Booking calendar. The calendar on the home page loads from Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.), so Cal.com receives your IP address and browser details. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the name, email and notes you enter, and sends both of us the invitation. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
• Links I send you. If you open a link I sent you, the address may contain your company's name and the topic of my email. The page uses it only to show you that line and to pre-fill the calendar's notes; it isn't stored.

The legal basis is legitimate interest in running the site and offering online booking (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, when you book or email me, the steps you asked for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Your rights

• Object to the use of your data for direct marketing at any time. I then stop.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted, restricted or handed to you in a portable format.
• Complain to a data protection authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority where you live or work.
